If you choose to collect your order, you can come through and collect once we let you know it’s ready for collection. You can also choose to visit one of our factory shops to get your supplies.

The map above shows our delivery area. Please note: we do not deliver to high risk areas (even if it is within our delivery area). To get free delivery, your order must be over R500 and within the delivery area.

Courier

We deliver nation wide through Bobgo Couriers. If your order does not meet our delivery criteria, you can get your order delivered. When you order on our website, the website will work out delivery fees based on your order quantities and delivery address. 

 

Shipping Policy

Thank you for visiting and shopping at our online store. Below are the terms and conditions that constitute our Shipping Policy.
1. Domestic Shipping Only
We ship exclusively within South Africa. We do not offer international shipping at this time.
2. Order Processing Time
All orders are processed within 1–3 business days. This does not mean that your order will reach you in 1-3 days. Your order will be collected by the courier in 1-3 days. You will need to factor in courier shipping times which vary depending on region. Orders are not processed, shipped, or delivered on weekends or public holidays.
If we experience a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there is a significant delay in the shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or telephone.
3. Shipping Rates & Carrier Networks
We partner with BobGo to fulfill our deliveries. This smart system automatically assigns your package to the courier offering the best rates and delivery times for your specific location. Your order may be delivered by any of the following trusted networks:
  • The Courier Guy
  • RAM
  • SkyNet
  • Internet Express
Shipping charges for your order will be calculated automatically and displayed at checkout based on your exact delivery address.
4. Free Local Shipping & High-Risk Areas
We offer Free Shipping for orders that meet all of the following criteria:
  • The total order value is R500 or more.
  • The delivery address is within a 5km radius of our factory in Robertville, Johannesburg.
  • The delivery address is not classified as a high-risk delivery area by our courier partners.
If your order is over R500 but falls outside the 5km radius , standard courier rates will apply at checkout. If your order needs to be delivered to a high risk area, you can expect additional charges from the courier. 
5. Free Factory Collection
You can bypass courier fees entirely by choosing our Free Factory Collection option at checkout.
  • Collection Address: Unit A7, 1034 Katrol Avenue , Robertville, Johannesburg.
  • Collection Times: Monday to Friday,  Opening Hours 08:00 – 16:00. Please note: Fridays we close at 2:30pm.
  • Process: You will receive an email notification when your order is ready for pickup. Please bring your order confirmation email and a valid ID when collecting.
6. Shipment Tracking
You will receive a shipment confirmation email once your order has shipped, containing your tracking number. The tracking link will become active within 24 hours of dispatch.
7. Damages and Missing Packages
We are committed to ensuring your products arrive safely. If you receive your order damaged, or if your package is lost in transit, please contact our customer support team immediately at sales@mitchellchemicals.co.za so we can log an investigation with the courier and resolve the issue for you. Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods.
